Lifetime Television Violence Against Women Study Announces Results
Lifetime Television announced the results of it’s study on Violence against Women. The results are derived from a nationally representative poll conducted among 500 U.S. residents 18 years of age and older.
Major conclusions of the study are:
1. Americans are very concerned about violence against women and they consider it a very serious problem that warrants more attention from the media and law enforcement. American attitudes on this issue are influenced by their personal experiences with women who have been the victims of violence.
